Dani Roomes is the Data and Technology Associate at Compass Working Capital where she serves as a Salesforce Administrator for our Financial Coaches and other staff. In their role, Dani also supports Compass in utilizing data to inform programs and innovations.

Dani has had diverse experiences in the philanthropy and arts administration sectors. Prior to joining Compass, they supported nationwide grassroots organizing and art for social change through impact investing and grant-making. Most recently, they worked at the Leeway Foundation where they helped to administer the grant programs and maintain the data management systems. Dani is a Thomas J. Watson Fellow and spent a year exploring dance as a tool for resistance, self-determination, and cultural preservation in The Netherlands, Ghana, Senegal, and Chile.

Dani holds a B.A. in Anthropology from Bryn Mawr College and enjoys traveling, cooking, and tapping into all things wellness-related during her free time.
