Andria Diaz | Financial Coach
Andria joined Compass as Financial Coach in March 2021. She comes to this role with a background in coaching - including financial coaching, career coaching, and post-secondary education coaching - as well as education and public service. Before joining Compass, Andria worked most recently as a Job Service Representative for the MA Department of Unemployment Assistance, in the special investigations unit but has spent most of her career working in various positions in the Boston Public Schools. She is very excited to be part of the Compass team and serve as a coach, where she can contribute toward our common goal of supporting families of color to build assets while acting on her passion for helping individuals and families to reach their goals. She was particularly drawn to Compass because of our work on the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) program.

She is a licensed financial advisor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a Certified Professional Coach by the ClaraFying Coaching Institute and Wainwright Global, Inc. When she is not working, Andria enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, trying new restaurants, traveling, and hiking. Andria speaks Spanish.
